Eric McDowell has been a financial advisor for almost a decade. He focuses on helping individuals, families and businesses formulate, establish and put into action financial strategies that align with their goals.
A Graduate of Bradley University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Eric remains involved in the collegiate community in connection with the alumni ventures to assist in giving back to a school that provided a runway to his success. While there he became a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. a organization that encourages honorable achievement in every field of endeavor, while inspiring service in the public's interest.
If you could only give one piece of financial advice, what would it be?
Get started! A lot of people make the mistake of thinking you must have tons of resources to invest. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Allow me to help you disprove that myth.
If you had a day off to do anything you wanted, what would you do?
Spend time with my family on an adventured ladened staycation. Being home with the ones you love is the greatest gift one could ask for.
What is your passion outside of your current career?
Assisting those that need help in any area that my life experiences have given me valuable lessons. We are all a conglomerate of what we’ve been through, so encouraging those to avoid the pitfalls we’ve been impacted by is all of our responsibility.
